Whistleblowing
ACRO-HT is committed to maintaining a high standard of integrity in its business conduct. The Board of Directors has approved the Manager's Whistleblowing Policy, which provides a safe and transparent process for reporting concerns about possible improprieties and/or obstructive actions. The policy also ensures that individuals who raise concerns in good faith and without malice are protected from reprisal or victimization.
The Audit and Risk Committee is responsible for overseeing and monitoring whistleblowing arrangements, allowing staff of the Managers or any other individuals to raise concerns, in confidence, about possible improprieties in financial reporting or other matters related to the Managers and its officers, in a responsible and effective manner.
Any complaint can be made in writing to the Audit and Risk Committee Chairperson and its members. The complainant should send an email to whistleblow@acrophyte.com which will be routed directly to the Audit and Risk Committee Chairman, to allow independent investigation of the matter raised and appropriate follow-up action.
